The Summer Business Party
About
Every year at the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce we inaugurate the warmest season in true business spirit with The Summer Business Party, a closed event to which our Corporate Members from Luxembourg and Poland are invited to participate. Participation is by invitation only. This event gathers around 100 LPCC Corporate Members.
The Summer Business Party is organised every year in June. The exclusive party is held at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Luxembourg and under his patronage.
This event marks an occasion to acknowledge and celebrate the mutual efforts of diplomacy and business, both responsible for bridging cultural differences and bringing people together.
The aim of the event:
- To showcase a Polish Region to a broader public in Luxembourg – business opportunities in this region, companies coming from the area which can be presented including their products. Also, the investment possibilities like e.g. Special Economic Zones
The Polish Region & Company Sponsorship includes:
- Digital marketing promotion through LPCC Newsletter (+23.000 contacts) and social media (+3,500 followers).
- Event itself with a selected public (between 50 and 120 participants).
- Possibility of distributing/displaying brochures, flyers, banners, etc.
- Possibility of delivering a personalised introduction speech.
- Possibility of presenting Polish Region (15-minute presentation) & Company (5-minute presentation)
Previous Editions & Highlights
7th Edition
The 2025 edition introduced a refreshed formula: an afternoon business session featuring presentations and a panel discussion on Poland’s role as a strategic partner for Luxembourg’s financial sector, followed by an exclusive networking cruise on the Moselle River. The event offered a relaxed yet purposeful environment for building partnerships and exchanging ideas between key players from both markets.

6th Edition
The 2024 edition continued our tradition of strengthening ties between the Polish and Luxembourgish business communities. Supported by our corporate members and sponsors, the event once again proved to be a dynamic platform for fostering collaboration, innovation, and new business opportunities.
5th Edition
In 2023, the Summer Business Party highlighted the Lodzkie Region, an emerging economic powerhouse in central Poland, as the event’s official partner. The edition celebrated the region’s growing influence and showcased its potential as a driver of investment and international cooperation.

4th Edition
The 2022 edition celebrated the close relationship between diplomacy and business, held in partnership with the Marshal Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The event emphasised the importance of regional collaboration and Poland’s contribution to the European business landscape.

3rd Edition
The 2021 edition was hosted once again at our traditional venue, with the city of Opole and the Opolskie Region joining as committed partners. The event continued to build bridges between regions and promote Poland’s growing visibility within Luxembourg’s business community.
1st Edition
The inaugural 2019 event, organized in partnership with the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, launched a tradition of presenting Poland’s 16 regions and their economic potential. It set the foundation for what has since become one of LPCC’s most anticipated annual gatherings.
