Katarzyna Ozga

Katarzyna Ozga, born in Poland, studied International Relations at the University of Warsaw, and then she did her degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies followed by Master in European Law in France, both at the University Robert Schumann of Strasbourg.
In September 2003 Katarzyna joined the Eurimages Secretariat in Strasbourg where she worked as Administrative Assistant and Administrator until December 2005. Pawel Hermeliński is a partner of CMS Luxembourg Corporate/M&A practice group. As such, he assists financial institutions, private equity investors and multinational groups on M&A and joint venture transactions, as well as on the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups.

He focuses on Luxembourg corporate and contract law and has extensive experience in the field of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, structuring of joint venture investments and organising exits.

Pawel speaks fluently Polish, French and English. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.

After studying law at the University of Trier, Germany, Sabine Said went on to do her practical training, part of which took place in the USA. She successfully completed her education in 2005 by passing the 2nd Legal State Examination. She is now Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Legal and Compliance, thus being the contact for regulatory bodies in Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and elsewhere.
