ANJA GRENNER

Anja leads TMF’s alternative fund business development practice in Luxembourg since June 2020, covering AIFM, Central Administration and Depositary services.
Prior to TMF, as Head of Funds, Anja was in charge of Intertrust’s Fund Services business line in Luxembourg from 2017 to 2020, consisting of Business Development for Central Administration, Depositary and AIFM services for alternative funds, as well as being responsible for their Central Administration service line.
From 2015 to 2017 Anja worked at SGG (now IQEQ) in similar roles, i.e. Business Development, later also Fund Operations.
Prior to those 3 fund administrators Anja worked 8 years at EY as head of Business Development for Alternative Assets, covering audit, advisory, legal and tax services.
Her first role in Business Development was with Dexia Fund Services – now RBC Investor Services – where she, together with a small team, set up the Private Equity operations and business development practice in 2004, when the SICAR law was introduced.
Anja started her career in 1993 at Fleming Asset Management (now JP Morgan Asset Management) where she headed the Luxembourg Product Development team, in charge of launching new subfunds to their Umbrella Funds and stand-alone local funds (e.g guaranteed funds for the German and French markets). During this time Anja also obtained a post-graduate diploma from Royal Holloway, part of the University of London.
Anja is member of the board of LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and active in some of their working groups as well as in working groups of ALFI, Luxembourg’s Fund Association.

Tamas Mark is Client Director and Head of Real Estate at IQ-EQ Luxembourg.

Tamas acts as key relationship manager to a dedicated portfolio of Real Estate clients and is responsible for driving the Real Estate strategy for Luxembourg. He is also a member of the valuation committee of our third party AIFM.

Prior to joining IQ-EQ, he held a number of strategic senior leadership roles including most recently as Director Real Estate and Business Unit Director, Real Estate Solutions with a Luxembourg based investor services group. His experience also includes a three-year period as a Senior Manager for Corporate & Tax Services with a niche Luxembourg based law firm as well as senior tax advisory roles with two of the Big 4 accountancy practices.
Tamas is a chartered accountant, certified tax advisor, MRICS qualified and part of various industry leading working groups in Luxembourg. A native Hungarian speaker, Tamás is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge in French and German.
