Event Details
The 8th Luxembourg–Poland Business Conference will take place in Poland, continuing its tradition as a leading platform connecting business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from Luxembourg and Poland. The conference fosters dialogue, knowledge exchange, and cross-border collaboration across industries.
This year’s edition will focus on the theme “Defence & Space Security” and is expected to take place in Warsaw, Poland in the second half of 2026.
As Europe faces increasing geopolitical, defence, and space security challenges, the intersection of defence, finance, and innovation has become a strategic priority. Strengthening cooperation between Luxembourg and Poland is key to unlocking new opportunities in financing defence and space‑related capabilities, scaling dual‑use technologies, and building resilient infrastructure across the region.
This conference is designed for institutional investors, financial institutions, policymakers, defence and space security industry representatives, technology companies, and innovators seeking to understand and actively shape the evolving European security and investment landscape.
The programme will focus on key topics such as defence and space security financing models in Europe, the role of private and institutional capital, and the use of EU financial instruments to support strategic industries. It will also explore the commercialisation of dual‑use technologies (including cybersecurity, space‑based systems, AI, drones, and advanced materials) alongside regulatory challenges, public–private cooperation, and cross‑border scaling opportunities. In addition, discussions will address cyber resilience, secure satellite and communication systems, and the protection of critical digital and space infrastructure.
Through expert‑led discussions and high‑level networking, participants will gain insights into emerging investment models, regulatory frameworks, and practical pathways for transforming innovation into scalable, real‑world solutions.

The Luxembourg–Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) is delighted to announce its General Assembly & Entrepreneurial Woman Project (EWP) Gala 2026 – an evening that brings together two of the Chamber’s most meaningful annual events.
📅 Monday, 23 November 2026
🕔 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
📍to be announced soon
Please note that this is a closed, by-invitation-only event.
This special occasion combines the LPCC General Assembly with the Grand Finale & Award Ceremony of the 12th edition of the Entrepreneurial Woman Project – a celebration of courage, innovation, and women bringing business ideas to life.
Advisory Board Meeting (5:00 – 6:00 p.m.)
Before the start of the General Assembly, the LPCC Advisory Board will convene for its traditional Advisory Board Meeting.
The Advisory Board plays a strategic and consultative role within the Chamber – reviewing the organisation’s ongoing projects, evaluating its position, and identifying new initiatives to strengthen the LPCC’s long-term development and impact. The meeting serves as a platform for strategic reflection and for setting priorities that will guide the organisation’s operational and community goals in the months ahead.
The General Assembly
As a non-profit organisation, the LPCC holds its General Assembly each year as part of its ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and member engagement.
During this session, we:
- Review the achievements of the current year
- Present the Chamber’s financial overview
- Discuss upcoming initiatives for the next year
- Vote on several important resolutions related to the organisation’s development
We warmly encourage the active participation of our members, whose engagement and feedback directly influence the Chamber’s growth and the direction it takes for the future.
The Entrepreneurship Women Project Gala
Immediately following the Assembly, the spotlight will turn to the Grand Finale of the 13th edition of the Entrepreneurship Woman Project (EWP), recognising women who have transformed ideas into successful, sustainable businesses.
The agenda will include a special guest speaker, an inspiring woman entrepreneur from Luxembourg and continue with the presentation of certificates to this year’s participants and the announcement of the recipients of the main EWP Awards.
The celebrations will conclude with a networking reception — a relaxed and engaging moment to exchange ideas, meet inspiring professionals, and celebrate success together.
Please note that this is a closed, by-invitation-only event.
