Event Details
The Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) in cooperation with corporate members, the Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm (DZP) and Loyens & Loeff, is organising a seminar on how to use Luxembourg investment structures in practice for effective investment and private wealth management.
For many years, Luxembourg has been a leading European jurisdiction for the domiciliation of investment structures investing capital in various classes of private assets, including private equity, venture capital and real estate. A stable regulatory environment, a well-developed financial services sector and an extensive network of double taxation agreements confirm Luxembourg’s status as a proven and safe base in which to set up international investment structures.
During the seminar, experts from DZP and Loyens & Loeff will explain how to design structures tailored to the specific requirements of initiators so that these structures support the achievement of the desired objectives.
The event is aimed at fund managers, including sponsors of private equity and venture capital funds, as well as private investors (HNWIs) and representatives of family offices who wish to operate knowledgeably and effectively on international markets.
⚠ Please note: The event invitations will soon be extended to selected LPCC Corporate Members and guests of the Event Partners.
If you wish to be added to the guest list, please reach us directly at info@lpcc.lu
During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn:
- why Luxembourg is a proven and safe base for alternative investments,
- how to tailor investment structures to your objectives and strategy,
- what solutions VC and PE fund managers are using today,
- how to set up structures for private investors and family offices effectively,
- what tax issues should be considered to plan investments efficiently.
The substantive part will conclude with a discussion with a market practitioner, who will outline the practical application of Luxembourg structures, their potential and key challenges.
The official part will be followed by an opportunity for networking.
The meeting will be conducted mainly in Polish.
A detailed programme for the event will be available shortly.
