LPCC General Assembly & Entrepreneurial Woman Project Awards

On 24 November 2025, the Luxembourg–Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) held its annual General Assembly and the Grand Finale of the 12th edition of the Entrepreneurial Woman Project (EWP). The evening was co-hosted with Elvinger Hoss Prussen, an LPCC Corporate Member and this year’s EWP Main Prize Sponsor. The event brought together members, partners, supporters and the fourteen participants of the 12th edition of the EWP, creating an atmosphere of shared purpose and renewed focus on the organisation’s future. In total, the evening welcomed around fifty attendees, providing a vibrant and engaged audience for both the Assembly and the celebration that followed.

LPCC in Focus

Earlier that day, between 17:00 and 18:00, the LPCC Advisory Board Meeting also took place. During this session, Advisory Board members discussed the Chamber’s priorities for the year ahead, sharing perspectives on strategic development and focusing in particular on the proposed theme for next year’s annual conference. Their input will play an important role in shaping the direction of LPCC’s key initiatives in 2026.

During the General Assembly, jointly led by Artur Sosna and Adam Tymofiejewicz, the Chamber presented an overview of its reach and its evolving presence within Luxembourg’s business ecosystem. With more than a decade of activity, LPCC continues to attract a diverse community of members from both the corporate and private sectors. This growth is supported by a strong communication platform and an expanding professional network shaped by diverse events held in Luxembourg and Poland. Collectively, these elements highlight the Chamber’s role as a recognised bridge between industries, cultures and new initiatives connecting both countries.

The Chamber also reflected on 2025, a year shaped by major conferences, bilateral engagements and community-focused events that strengthened LPCC’s visibility at home and abroad. These initiatives reinforced the organisation’s position as a connector and prepared the ground for another impactful edition of the Entrepreneurial Woman Project.

Plans for 2026 were introduced, signalling a dynamic year ahead with MeetUps, study visits, international collaborations and continued development of LPCC’s flagship activities, including the next edition of the EWP.

A financial summary outlined a stable and well-managed position supported by membership, sponsorships and event activities. The annual financial report and the 2026 budget received full approval, ensuring a solid foundation for the organisation’s operational and strategic plans.

In addition, a governance update confirmed the appointment of Darina Mohamad as a new member of the LPCC Board, further strengthening the Chamber’s leadership.

With the formal updates concluded, the evening transitioned seamlessly into the celebration of the Entrepreneurial Woman Project, the highlight of the event.

Entrepreneurial Woman Project 2025

The second part of the evening honoured the 12th edition of the Entrepreneurial Woman Project. This segment was led by Marta Andrzejewska, the Project Manager, who has overseen the initiative for several years. She highlighted how the programme evolves year after year through structured feedback, continuous refinement and adjustments introduced wherever feasible, ensuring that the project remains aligned with the needs of future women entrepreneurs and the dynamics of Luxembourg’s market. The project continues to benefit from the financial support of the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy, as well as the co-funding and training facilities provided by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the House of Training.

Her introduction created a thoughtful and inspiring bridge into the keynote address.

The keynote speech was delivered by Angelika Bocian-Jaworska, Founder & CEO of Äerd Lab. Angelika shared her journey into sustainable construction innovation, presenting her 3D-printed, clay-based building materials made from construction waste, an approach that dramatically reduces CO₂ emissions, consumes significantly less energy and opens new creative possibilities for architects and designers. Äerd Lab has been recognised across Europe and the United States through accelerator programmes, international competitions and awards dedicated to technological and environmental advancement.

Angelika spoke openly not only about the remarkable milestones she continues to reach but also about the challenges, setbacks and demanding moments that have shaped her path. She encouraged participants to remain committed to their ideas even when the journey becomes difficult, emphasising the importance of self-care. As she put it:

“Your business matters, and it deserves your dedication, but never forget that you matter too. Look after your work, yes, but look after yourselves just as much. Rest is not a luxury; it is essential.”

Her words set a powerful tone for the recognition that followed.

Before the diplomas were presented, the audience was reminded that although three official prizes would be awarded, every participant is truly a winner. Each woman dedicated five Saturdays to intensive learning, strengthening her skills, refining her business idea and gaining a clearer understanding of Luxembourg’s market. The diplomas were awarded not only as formal recognition, but as a celebration of their effort, development and confidence to carry their ventures forward.
