An intimate evening for women who are thinking about entrepreneurship — whether you already have an idea or simply feel you want something more. Join us on
Join us on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 6:00 pm for an inspiring in-person evening dedicated to women entrepreneurship in Luxembourg.
This special EWP event will bring together women who have participated in the Entrepreneurial Woman Project and have gone through the real journey of building a business in Luxembourg — with all its challenges, doubts, and breakthroughs. Conversation will include Maria Pawelek, Iryna Sagaidak and Alex Kaskow.
The evening will take place at the headquarters of our corporate member CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), creating a unique opportunity to connect in a professional yet welcoming setting.
(12, rue Eugène Ruppert – L-2453 Luxembourg)
6:00 – 6:30 – Registration & Welcome words
6:30 – 7:15 – Panel Discussion
EWP alumnae share openly what it is actually like to build a business in Luxembourg. Expect honest conversations about:
7:15 – 7:30 Few words about Entrepreneurial Woman Project
A short overview of the EWP — for those who are new or want a refresher on how the programme supports women entrepreneurs through workshops, mentoring and community.
7:30 – 8:30 Networking session
An informal space to connect with fellow aspiring and active entrepreneurs, EWP alumnae, and professionals supporting women in business across Luxembourg.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
Not long ago, these women sat in corporate offices wondering: “Could I ever build something of my own?” Today, they run their own businesses in Luxembourg — and on 20 May, they are ready to share exactly how they got there.

Role: Independent Non-Executive Director & Senior Corporate Lawyer
Bio: Maria Pawelek is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Corporate Lawyer based in Luxembourg, with over 20 years’ experience in M&A, private equity, real estate, ESG and corporate governance. She has held senior roles at Baker McKenzie, Amazon and SustainCERT, and has been recognised by Paperjam as one of Luxembourg’s “100 Women for Your Board of Directors” and listed on the Legal 500 General Counsel Powerlist.
Maria completed the EWP program in 2019. She still values the connections made through the programme and the role it played in encouraging her entrepreneurial journey.
“The business I pitched during EWP was not ultimately the business I launched, but the program changed something important for me. It helped me move from thinking about entrepreneurship as a distant idea to seeing it as a real and possible path.”, she says.

Role: Somatic Therapist & Feldenkrais Practitioner, MindfulBody
Bio: Iryna helps people whose bodies are caught in patterns of chronic stress, tension, or pain — not by managing symptoms, but by addressing the underlying nervous system patterns that keep them stuck. Her practice, MindfulBody, integrates the Feldenkrais Method, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and somatic emotional release.
“I came to this work through my own experience of chronic pain that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, and that personal turning point is what made me want to offer the same kind of fundamental shift to others.
I completed the EWP programme in 2022, when building the business side of the practice was still very new to me – and the support it provided came at exactly the right moment.”, she says.
