Sylwia Toczyska

Sylwia has 25 years of valuable experience in the international accounting and tax area, gained both in in-house departments and outsourcing businesses.  Her extensive track record includes services provided to international corporations and private equity firms entering the European market. Having provided support to worldwide market players operating on a cross-border basis, she has gained considerable knowledge of fund operations and a good understanding of its changes that have occurred during the last 15 years. She supported clients operating in many sectors; however, her main area of specialization is real estate, infrastructure, advanced technology or, the energy sector. 

She regularly serves as a speaker and /or participates in local and international seminars and conferences. As a mentor in different programs, she strongly supports and promotes women in business.

She graduated from the Poznan School of Economics and completed her doctoral studies in accounting at the University of Łodz. Sylwia has been a licensed tax advisor since 2009 and has a certificate for supervisory board members at state-owned companies in Poland since 2024.
